Savannah was very polite and professional. She was patient and encouraging as I tried to recall dates and locations. She answered my questions to the fullest of her ability and referred me to the legal team for appropriate legal questions regarding my case. She aptly explained the process and expectation clearly and understandable. She set realistic expectations and asked if there were any additional questions before concluding our discussion.

Lea was wonderful, so patient and helpful when Terry had trouble hearing her and understanding. She took time to explain and repeat the questions or instructions.
